Inspection Report
An add-on application developed for Creo (Pro/ENGINEER) that automatically collects, manages and documents characteristics from Creo for the inspection process. It collects every type of dimension (d#, ad#, add#, dd#), geometric tolerance and annotation note — and its details — from a Creo drawing file, regardless of whether it was created from a 3D model or a 2D drawing, displaying it in an MS Excel file and also creating a balloon in the Creo drawing file.
ADVHole Table Application
An add-on application for Creo that automates creating, updating and maintaining drawing hole tables in the Creo 2D Drawing module. It uses geometry-based feature recognition to identify any type of revolved (cylindrical or conical) feature, regardless of how it was created — Cut, Hole, UDF or Sketch — extracting all hole information into a neatly arranged, customised table/report.
Costing Report Application
An application for Creo that automatically collects, manages and documents BOM information for the costing process — part, material, quantity and mass properties alongside cost — and displays it in an MS Excel file.
Mold Base Size Tuning
An embedded tool inside Creo for adjusting mould-base size and respective component pitch relative to the wall thickness maintained for each element in the Expert Moldbase Extension (EMX). This lets users update mould-base sizes even in the last stage of tool design while maintaining constant pitch values as sizes vary.
EMX-BOM Report
An embedded tool for converting BOM output from the Expert Moldbase Extension (EMX) into customer standards — converting the EMX Excel data, filling the tool code by part name, and the treatment value by assigned material. Attributes can be changed directly in Excel and imported back into Creo, and the app also fills the BOM's title block from the top-level assembly parameters.
EMX Library Customization
Lets users retrieve their company's standard components and mould base — mould leg, assembly tie bar, frictional puller, limit bolt assembly, cam pin slider, dog-leg slider and more — plus standard mould bases (2-plate, 3-plate, baby mould with their variants), with screw-hole sizes, ejector cut-outs and part-naming customised to the customer's needs.

Helps users search and select available standard parts from the library and download them to the workspace.
